Appointment – New Director
We are looking to appoint a new creative and inspirational Director for our 2026 annual musical production. A Director to join our vibrant team of volunteers to continue driving forward the organisation as part of our ongoing development.
Ideally, you should have experience of working in directing and producing musical theatre with young people and volunteers, a team player as well as a creative thinker, who can turn ideas into action and inspire others.
Our company is, above all, about giving opportunity, without prejudice in any form, to young people wishing to experience theatre, whether in acting, singing, dancing or technical support. Typically, our productions have a cast of about 60 young people
